To help you with your decision, we are going to give you a step-by-step of the design process here at Blūm Digital Studio so you know what to expect when you choose to work with us for your next project! We have a 6-Step Process that makes the project simple and easy for you.
STEP ONE: Request a Quote
You’ll start the process by filling out our quick and easy questionnaire found easily on our webpage. This questionnaire gives us some basic information about your business, your digital needs and any of our services that interest you.
STEP TWO: Preliminary Quote
We will look over your completed questionnaire and reach out via phone or email to ask additional questions regarding your project. From there, we will send you a preliminary proposal that includes a few package options that we think will meet your needs and any recommended add-ons that we think will take your project to the next level.
This proposal includes preliminary pricing and gives you a solid idea of how much your project will cost. You will make your selections on the proposal, sign and return to us as confirmation that you want to move forward with our services.
STEP THREE: Final Quote + Deposit
We will take your selections from the proposal, work up a final price quote and send you an invoice for the deposit. The deposit invoice includes the final quote, project start date, and contract terms and conditions.
STEP FOUR: Discovery Phase
Now it’s time to get to the fun stuff! We will have an hour long discovery call so we can learn more about you and your company and the details for your project. During this phase you will also submit all of your content, logos, brochures, etc. that we will use for your site.
STEP FIVE: Design Phase
We will spend the agreed upon time frame designing your project and developing content. When the first iteration is complete, you will receive a log-in and password to view your site and make any revisions. This phase’s timeline can vary based on the number of revisions allowed for your package but will usually last roughly 30 days.
STEP SIX: LAUNCH TIME!
Once we have agreed on the final design and completion of the project, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance and determine your launch date! Once the balance is paid, we will transfer the site over to you, send you any additional elements included in your package, and put a countdown timer on your site (because it’s all about the suspense, right?). From there you tell all of your friends, family and customers about your new site and we launch!
