Our process and design tools are specifically used for the websites we build and often cannot be implemented on an existing site. According to a 2017 study on consumer behavior, 92% of consumers will visit a brand's website for the first time for reasons other than making a purchase. This means that consumers are visiting your website to make sure that your business is reliable, trustworthy and to connect (or detract) with your brand. More often now than ever, a website is the first connection that a potential customer has to your business. Many customers won't give you their business if they can't find you online first.

Each platform has its pros and cons and the best option for you is going to depend on your business. More importantly, it depends on where your target audience is spending most of their time online. Yes, however, social media shouldn't be your only platform for selling your items. Do you remember when Facebook and Instagram went down for 6 hours in 2021 and the entire world seemed to come to a stop? Businesses who solely sold products on social media were unable to make any sales during that time. Not cool.
